To satisfy our love for melodic down-tempo we are glad to present our latest release, "Drinking Rosewater" by Loafeye. His multi-layered sound is distinctive and mysterious yet a comforting listen.

Loafeye's unique style is clearly present through "Drinking Rosewater". Punchy electronic beats define his sound while melodies lightly reverberate and accent mysterious tones.

The title track is a hallmark of Loafeye's sound with its eerie melody that seems to glide across a subtle ambient mixture. Electronic kicks root the song but do not detract from the more textured layers. "Wandering Sounds" indicates his ability to dissolve melodies into a dark niche of hollow eerie sounds which echo within.

Loafeye is no stranger to the net label scene after two releases on Rope Swing Cities, one on Experimedia and another on Retropublik. We are very honored to have released his latest work but make sure you take the time to listen to some of his earlier releases as well.
